By now, you've probably guessed that Eat Cake Cafe makes cake. (We also make other awesome baked goods, but our name was starting to get too long.) Unlike dense, buttery, Western-style cakes that take you for a ride on the sugar-high roller coaster, ours are of a lighter, Asian-style variety. Our head baker uses less heavy ingredients and combines them with high-quality, gluten-free rice flour and much less sugar. Oh, and did we forget to mention that we use fresh, organic berries and cage-free eggs? Add an assortment of exotic and familiar flavors, and what you get are sweets that are delicate, and downright delightful.
